Attend this free webinar and receive a discount code for registration to the 2020 P-POD Conference! Though more plant-based patterns of eating have strongly established health benefits, questions are still asked about the nutrition adequacy, especially protein, vitamin B12, vitamin D, and omega-3 fats. In this webinar we will answer these questions and discuss recommendations for adequate nutrient intake while eating a totally plant-based diet. We will also touch on the elements of whole food, plant-based eating patterns that facilitate avoidance of addictive eating behaviors.
